Is the app available yet?

Bamboo Bell is being prepared for the App Store. There is no public download at this time. The planned US price is $49.90 as a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Local prices may differ.

Does studying need an internet connection?

Core vocabulary study and review work offline. Learning progress is kept on your device; Bamboo Bell does not require an account for study.

I cannot hear pronunciation audio.

Check your device volume and audio output, including connected Bluetooth headphones. If the problem affects a particular word, tell us which word and what you were doing when it happened.

How do I protect my progress?

Use the progress export option in Settings to keep a backup before resetting progress or removing the app. Keep exported files somewhere you trust. We do not keep a server copy of your study history.

How should I report a content issue?

Send the word, the example or screen involved, and what seems incorrect. A screenshot can help, but please remove personal information before sharing it.

Where do purchase and refund questions go?

Once the app is available, App Store purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit Apple billing support for help with an Apple charge.
