This policy describes Bamboo Bell, our website at bamboobell.com, and communications with our support team. Bamboo Bell is provided by Guangzhou StarStack Technology Co., Ltd. The app is currently being prepared for release.

Learning data stays on your device

Bamboo Bell stores study progress, review history, learning preferences, and local diagnostic logs on your device. Core study works offline and does not require a Bamboo Bell account. We do not operate a server that receives your study history. We do not include advertising or third-party behavioral analytics in the app, track you across other apps, or sell your personal information.

Your backups and choices

You can export a progress backup and choose where to save or share it. Files you export are under your control. A cloud storage or device backup service you choose may process those files under its own privacy policy. Use the app’s reset controls to erase local progress, or remove the app to remove its local app data. Separate exports and device backups must be managed through the service where you saved them.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever message, screenshot, or diagnostic information you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate the issue, and maintain necessary support records. Do not send passwords, financial credentials, or information unrelated to your request. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request, maintain necessary records, or meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent.

Our website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Loading a page sends technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time to the hosting provider so it can deliver and protect the site. Our website source does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, signup forms, or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may process technical data and use security mechanisms under its own privacy policy. Website delivery is separate from the app’s offline study data.

App Store purchases and Apple services

When the app becomes available, Apple will process App Store purchases. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide developers with store reports or diagnostics under your Apple settings and Apple’s policies. Learn more in Apple’s privacy policy.

Service providers and legal requests

Hosting and email providers process the technical information needed to deliver the website and support correspondence. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or when necessary to protect the security of our services. We do not use support messages for advertising. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Children’s privacy

Bamboo Bell does not require personal information for study. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through support correspondence. If a child has sent personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion.

Changes and contact

We will update the date on this page when our practices change. Any app release that changes how data is handled will be assessed against this policy before release.
